Description
The chopped tomato is part of southern canning tradition, many generations of children have loved or hated them. Paglione company resumes this tradition, cutting the tomato strictly by hand lengthwise, then placing it in a jar with water, salt and basil.

Recipe: they are suitable for quick preparations, to season a pizza or a focaccia, but also to be eaten raw in salads.
